Murph Workout

So I did the Murph Workout! This was no joke!

1 mile to start
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run

Shoutout to A Team Fitness! I did this in 48 minutes! I can't wait for next year, I will do this in 45 minutes :)!
